How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our pajamas are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping times may vary and Bambi & Birdie cannot guarantee arrival times. For best results, we recommend choosing the fastest shipping options at check out. Shipments are sent out within 5 business days (processing time). Processing times increase up to 10 business days for sale and launch periods, these are only estimates and my vary. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail detailing your tracking information.
Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to populate once you receive shipping notification email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We want you and your little ones to be 100% happy with your pajamas! If you are not completely satisfied, please email us with a Return/Exchange request within 10 days of receipt of item(s).
Returns and exchanges are accepted on regular priced merchandise only. Items must be unwashed, unworn with original tags attached.
Please include in your email:
1. Order number.
2. Your name & contact number.
3. Reason for return/exchange.
4. If making an exchange, please indicate the size and item you would like.
5. A tracking number for your return parcel.
Please note:
* We will not be responsible for reimbursing any return shipping fees.
* In the case of defective merchandise, please notify within the first 4 weeks of receiving – a replacement item will be shipped out at our cost.
* We advise you to choose a tracked service when returning an item so you can provide us with a tracking number when returning merchandise.

For a return; Once your package has been received the balance will be refunded to original method of payment. Email confirmation will be sent once refund has been applied. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process on your account.

Our entire line of sleepwear is made to be fitted as per the "Snug Fit" Guidelines.
All garments fit true to size, however we have provided a "best fit" weight range to help you choose the right size

WHERE ARE YOUR PAJAMAS MADE?
Our entire sleepwear collection is designed in Vancouver, Canada. We maintain a close working relationship with our overseas manufacturer, and we only partner with carefully selected manufacturers to provide you with an ethically made, eco-friendly product.
WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL ARE YOUR PAJAMA'S?
Our pajamas are all made from bamboo blends, a natural, breathable and sustainable material for your little one to sleep cozy in. The fabric composition is 95% Rayon from Bamboo & 5% Spandex AKA the softest ratio around. Some product variation can be found in the product descriptions.
ARE ANY OF YOUR PAJAMAS TREATED WITH FLAME RETARDANT CHEMICALS?
None of our bamboo pajamas are treated with flame retardant chemicals. All of our sleepwear confines with the "snug fitting" guidelines. This ensures that all our products conform to government standard health & safety regulations, without the use of harsh chemicals.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BAMBOO PAJAMAS?
Our bamboo fabrics are designed to withstand the normal wear & tear of your little but we recommend taking a bit of extra care of them for longevity. Our tip is to machine wash cold with like colours. Then, tumble dry on low, or ideally, hang to dry.
