Refund & Returns Terms & Conditions:
- We cannot reimburse any return shipping fees.
- In the case of defective merchandise– replacement items will be shipped at our cost.
- We advise you to choose a tracked service when returning an item so you can provide us with a tracking number.
- Please note: Bambi & Birdie is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages in the shipping process. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, opt-in at check out with route+ ship insurance.
- Once your returned package has been received the balance will be refunded (less shipping cost) to original method of payment. Email confirmation will be sent once refund has been applied. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process on your account.
- Price matching will be be honored within 7 days of receipt of your items. If your items go on sale within 7 days of you receiving your package, we will adjust your pricing to match sale pricing and issue a refund for the difference.*
- *No price matching for Warehouse, Black Friday or Boxing Day prices. No exceptions.
